We have added a more comprehensive series of tests with elemental analysis for elements in mineral samples using X-ray and emission spectrometers, a standard crucible fire assay for Au., Ag., plus separate fire assays for Platinum Group Elements for low grade minerals and X-ray Spectrometer finish for high grade. Pressed powder process for base metal elements in geological materials - soils, rocks, drill core, pan concentrates, quarry stone. X-Ray Spectrometry can report high grade ores. X-ray Spectrometer has proven exceptionally effective for difficult, acid insoluble minerals.

We combine several analytical methods for detecting difficult particle alloys of PGM values in each mineral sample: X-Ray Spectrometer of raw mineral to detect higher values of Platinum Group, then a standard 29.17 Gm. fire assay for Au/Ag values above .001 troy oz/ton; plus a 29.17 Gram (1AT) Bi. alloy fire assay for PGM group, finish by XRF method to detect traces of Platinum Group in minerals.

Base metals reporting range: 1 ppm to 90%; semiquant. below 1 ppm. (except F. 0.1%). Precious metals reporting range: .001 troy oz. per ton and up to 50% for Au/Ag and from 0.001 troy oz. per ton to 5% for Pt. group. Some light *elements separately determined by Arc Emission Spectrometer. Not for gems, meteorites, man-made objects, or other items of intrinsic value. Processing time varies from 2 to 3 weeks. Minimum sample required: 1 Lb. of dry mineral. Add $100.00 for 58.34 gram (2 AT) fire assay. (Analysis of dore bar, cast metal, chemical precipitate, chemical residues, request quote.)

NOTES:

Samples may be shipped by mail, United Parcel Service, Federal Express, or DHL to:

Reed Laboratories
3355 Lincoln St
Carlsbad, CA 92008

SHIPPING SAMPLES:

If you need to confirm delivery of sample shipments, questions for the assayer, or you did not receive your e-mailed report, please e-mail us. Also note we are located in the U.S. Pacific Time Zone. For security reasons we do not open unsolicited e-mail attachments.

REPORT DELIVERY OPTIONS:

WHEN TO EXPECT TEST RESULTS:
Lab turnaround for routine geologic samples typically runs 7 days to 3 weeks after delivery to us, and we do not provide progress reports on individual orders during that time, unless it takes more than 30 days to complete testing. Processing time varies by test and sample complexity, quantity and condition of samples, among other factors.

Reports are sent by email on completion if a valid, working email address is provided with your order, and also by postal mail if a legible address is included. Before ordering, clients should verify that their email currently works and accepts PDF attachments.

File date on assay reports is a date assigned at sample log-in for retrieval of records, not the date tests were completed.

Time is not, and shall not be claimed to be of the essence of any order.
Any oral or written time estimate is informational and approximate and not a binding deadline, condition of sale or covenant. Incomplete orders lacking instructions, return address or payment, cannot be processed and are stored for up to 6 weeks to allow time for further instructions.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS AND PAYMENTS:
We recommend DHL or Federal Express for all international shipments, with reports sent by e-mail. Payment must be included with sample and made by check or money order in U.S. funds. Customs declaration value: "None", and "Geologic sample for testing only". Please remove organic material - plant debris, insects, etc., in order to pass US Customs inspection.

SAMPLE STORAGE:
Clients typically submit only a portion of sample for testing and retain the remaining sample material for reference or future testing. Sample pulp storage: 6 weeks. Rejects and excess material may be discarded during sample preparation. Samples received without instructions or payment are stored for 6 weeks. Mineral pulp (powder) may absorb atmospheric moisture, changing weight ratios of elements to matrix or initiate chemical reaction in pulp which makes prolonged storage of pulp inadvisable.

SAMPLE PULP RETURN:
Pulp return is not available. Before sending samples, retain a portion of each sample as a reference or library sample. Mineral pulps may absorb atmospheric moisture over time.

DISCLAIMER:
All of the data and references presented in our single party analytical reports have been derived from reference minerals and calibration sources generally considered reliable. We occasionally may, in our sole discretion, do additional tests at no extra cost. Our analytical services are intended for mineral prospecting and geological exploration work but not for FDA or EPA use, and not to induce investment or expense.

Reed Laboratories does not endorse any other business or organization or any process, property, claims, or technology they may have. Prospective Investors should retain independent consultants to obtain multiple samples for assay, review engineering and cost reports, review public records to verify mineral ownership, and have all transactional documents reviewed by a mining attorney before deciding whether to invest in a private unlisted offering.

No express or implied warranty is made as to the viability of any project or the safety of investment. Assayer assumes no liability in accepting samples for assay. It is the responsibility of report user to determine the suitability of report data or analytical procedure. All tests are destructive and are not appropriate for identifying gems, meteorites, or other objects of high intrinsic value. In placing an order, it is understood and agreed that the entire liability of the assayer shall be conclusively presumed to be waived by all data recipients unless state law precludes waiver and only then liability shall be limited to twenty dollars per sample, regardless of circumstance. Fee for responding to judicial documents: Request quote in advance.
